Discrimination Discrimination is an unfair treatment of a person or group on the basis of prejudice. In the workplace, many people are suffered from different types of discrimination. What kinds of discrimination can happen in the workplace? In Korea, I visited a public bath with my friend. We were naked in the public bath. And we took shower, jumped into a cool temperature pool and hung out there. Then, there was an old man who approached us, and he touched my penis. It was a very short time happening and I could not react anything at the moment when he touched my penis.
